BUT this was a delightful surprise, Chef Jay was not only so pleasant but felt like family cooking in our kitchen. He was fun and simply a delight. BUT THAT FOOD WAS 5 star in taste and in presentation. I would recommend him one thousand times over, and we will certainly be calling him back for a few entertaining functions we do at home!
